First Performance By Nelly Furtado In Five Years

Nelly Furtado plays her first concert in five years at the Beyond the Valley festival in Australia. She also appears on stage with Dom Dolla to perform the first-ever live rendition of the popular tik-tok song “say it right.”

Over 30,000 attendees were treated to an exclusive and spectacular new years eve performance by international pop diva Nelly Furtado, playing live for the first time in over five years, at Beyond The Valley’s seventh consecutive New Years event.

Just before renowned Australian producer Dom Dolla ushered in the new year at midnight, the Grammy Award winner took to The Valley stage, located in one of the largest natural amphitheatres in the world, to perform some of her biggest hit songs from the 2000s, including “Promiscuous,” “Say It Right,” “Maneater,” and “I’m Like A Bird.”

Attendees at the festival were also treated to a second global premiere when Nelly Furtado came out on stage to perform alongside Dom Dolla. Together with Bicep’s tune “Glue,” which has had over 4.4 million streams, the headlining artists performed the acclaimed TikTok version of Nelly Furtado’s “Say It Right” for the first time.

In addition to Denzel Curry, Diplo, Honey Dijon, Kaytranada, BICEP, Aitch, Yeat, Flight Facilities, Lime Cordiale, Patrick Topping, Charlotte De Witte, and many others, BICEP also performed at the festival in Barunah Plains.
