After guiding the Kansas City Chiefs to a historic Super Bowl victory on Sunday night in Arizona, Patrick Mahomes famously took a moment to collect himself before declaring, “I’m Going to Disneyland!” Every NFL player’s dream destination after the big game.
Mahomes screamed the catchphrase that has been yelled after numerous of Super Bowl games as confetti fell around him and he looked straight into the TV cameras. His declaration serves as the focal point of Disney’s yearly Super Bowl ad, which is currently showing on national TV networks and key social media platforms.
Mahomes will play the lead role in a vibrant and animated cavalcade across California’s Disneyland park. At 1:30 p.m. PT, visitors to Disneyland park can view the joyous cavalcade as it passes Sleeping Beauty Castle and proceeds down Main Street, USA. Mahomes will spend the morning at The Happiest Place on Earth with family and friends enjoying some of the park’s most well-known attractions, interacting with favorite Disney characters, and overall having a great time before the cavalcade. A particular addition this year is that Disneyland Resort is taking part in the celebration of Disney’s 100th anniversary, paying tribute to the outstanding storytellers, artists, and supporters of the company.
