DJ Akademiks is facing a lawsuit alleging rape and defamation against a lady named Fauziya Abashe. He claims he will bring the industry down with him.
“Let me tell you something about everyone in the industry: if Ak goes down, you’re going down with him. “Because I have no secrets for anybody,” Akademiks stated. “Could it be that the exact next day I get hit up by a private investigator that works for Diddy alleging that maybe the same thing has happened in five other instances?”
In Rolling Stone’s extensive narrative, Akademiks, born Livingston Allen, is accused of permitting Abashe to be raped by two men who were visiting his New Jersey house on July 16, 2022.
According to the report, Abashe was unaware that two ladies would be present. The males are reported to have drugged her and forced her to drink wine before attacking and raping her on the pool deck.

Abashe claims she lost consciousness during the assault and awoke at 4 a.m. on July 16, while Akademiks was raping her. According to Abashe, Akademiks was “pulling her hair, prying open her legs, and brutally raping her.” She also claims she was penetrated anally and vaginally, pleading for the entire ordeal to end. She also claims she was unable to “move physically.”
The lawsuit’s details Abashe questioned Akademiks about the details, and he showed her a trash can containing two condom wrappers, pointing to the woman being transported to another room of the house where the rape continued. Akademiks also allegedly revealed video camera footage of the pool deck, in which Abashe claims she was “lying there lifeless, which did not sit right with her.”

On July 17, Akademiks instructed Abashe to “get tested,” leading her to believe their contact was unprotected. Abashe contacted the police and received a rape kit, which contained traces of Akademiks’ sperm. Images of bruises on her arms, back, legs, and buttocks were also taken.
Abashe assisted the inquiry by participating in a recorded call with Akademiks, during which he recalled the two having intercourse and described the vagina. Law enforcement was granted a warrant to search Akademiks’ residence. Abase feels that Ak disposed of any evidence.
Abashe did not press charges, but instead to sue after claims were made at the end of 2023. Akademiks said on social media, “She was getting trained by my two mens on my pool deck.” Akademiks also alleged that she voluntarily participated in an orgy, but he never did.
Akademiks did not respond to Rolling Stone with any comments.
Akademiks released his first webcast of 2024 on January 2. During the webcast, Ak discussed the claims made against him by Abashae and indicated that he was fully cooperating with the authorities.
“This situation went to the cops over a year and a half ago,” Ak stated. “My lawyer and I were openly cooperating because there were significant claims. I don’t care who is involved; I don’t want strange things happening around me.
“We assisted the police. ‘Whatever you need!’ You want a telephone? You want passwords? Let us decode our DVR. There is nothing they have not seen.”
He went on to say, “The D.A. and the police declared that there was nothing there. There are no charges, there will be no costs, and there is documentation.

DJ Akademiks trended on social media to close in 2023 after Abashae revealed in an Instagram Live that Ak and two of his buddies allegedly committed the crime.
“Are you going to pretend you didn’t do anything? That I just went to your house, and I’m some thot, as if we hadn’t known each other in two years,” Abashae replied. “You attempted to save yourself after your friends attacked me. Whether you were intoxicated or not, I know you woke up on top of me. “You raped me, too.”
Additional reports online include a lady claiming that Akademiks communicated with her until she was 18 before attempting to have sex with her, as well as a video of a woman screaming in the background.
