Snoop Dogg gave the “TODAY” audience a 4-1-1 on clouds they might see coming their way, playing the part of weatherman — but the cities receiving the information were quite specific.
The rapper appeared on the hit show during the weather report for a special piece about “Snoop Cities,” which are places with marijuana-related titles.
Watch the video… Snoop, with a big smile on his face, reads the weather report for Mary Jane Falls, Nevada, followed by Stoner, Colorado, and Blunt, South Dakota.
He even doubles down on the weed-smoking joke, claiming it will be “60 degrees while we blaze in Blaze, Kentucky.” Sounds like he wants some of that Kentucky grass — and not the blue variety that can be used to make a lawn.

BTW, there were a few more good names on the board, including “Weed, California” and “Tokeland, Washington”—all real cities with names that will make you laugh.

Of course, Snoop is a prolific pothead — the rapper has his own brand of onion ring sweets and numerous songs about smoking marijuana — so the cities on his weather map make perfect sense.
In case you were wondering, this is not unusual for Al Roker and his colleagues. While not typically associated with marijuana, many celebrities have used augmented reality to report on the weather… Scarlett Johansson, Matt Smith, Larry David, Ariana Grande, and others have all joined the show.
This just in… there’s a 100% probability of green clouds forming around Snoop Dogg in the near future — and who knows, maybe Al will be caught in the storm as well!
