Egyptian legend Amr Diab enters into an exclusive multi-album deal with Sony Music, which also purchases his discography.

Amr Diab, a legend in Middle Eastern music, recently signed an exclusive deal with Sony Music Entertainment Middle East that includes a multi-album deal and the purchase of his song collection.

The deal introduces “a forward-looking multi-album deal set to redefine musical boundaries” and features singles including “Inta El Haz,” “Zay Manty,” and “Ya Ana Ya La.”

Known as “the father of Mediterranean music,” Amr Diab is a best-selling singer who has won seven World Music Awards, five Platinum Record Awards, and six African Music Awards over the course of a ten-year career.

By working with Sony Music Middle East, Amr Diab will be able to “explore innovative sounds and partnerships” and expand his appeal and reach internationally by utilizing the company’s extensive worldwide network.
