Eva Evans, a TikToker, appears to have committed suicide, TMZ reports.
According to law enforcement officials, Eva’s body was discovered late Saturday night by a friend who had seen her alive Friday morning. We’re informed the buddy had a key to Eva’s NYC flat, and when they went to check on her, they discovered her hanging inside.
We’re told the friend contacted 911, and when police arrived, they told them they had no idea Eva was unhappy or mentally disturbed, so it’s safe to say it caught them off guard.

When paramedics arrived, they pronounced her dead on the scene.
According to our sources, there were no odd injuries or signs of a battle. Our sources claim a message was left behind, the contents of which are unknown at this time.
Despite the evident symptoms of what appears to be Eva’s suicide, her official cause of death has not to be determined and is awaiting toxicology reports.

The news came just a few days after Eva’s sister revealed her death on social media. In her eulogy, Lila expressed her sadness over Eva’s death, describing the “Club Rat” creator as a beautiful and loving sister. She did not provide any background or information concerning her sibling’s demise.
Eva was well-known on TikTok for posting day-in-the-life content about 20-somethings in New York, and she also developed the online series ‘Club Rat’ about the dating scene.
While Eva was not renowned for talking about mental health, she did share a personal tale with Don’t Mind Me…, an organization that fights for people who are struggling. She confessed that her father committed suicide in 2018 — something he had threatened since she was a child.
She was only 29.
