Madonna is facing a new lawsuit over her Celebration Tour.
A fan has sued the Material Girl hitmaker over a number of issues, including unwelcome exposure to sexual content during her performance at California’s Kia Forum on March 7 as part of her latest world tour.
According to paperwork acquired by The Blast, plaintiff Justin Lipeles has filed a lawsuit against Madonna on behalf of himself and all other California concert ticket purchasers.
Lipeles has filed six accusations against the hitmaker and her promoter Live Nation, including breach of written contract, negligent misrepresentation, intentional inflicting of mental distress, false advertising, negligence/negligent infliction of emotional distress, and unfair competition.

According to the source, Lipeles claimed that Madonna and Live Nation “purposefully and deceptively withheld” important information concerning the concert.
Lipeles stated that due to a lack of information, he arrived at the performance hours early, expecting the show to begin at 8.30pm, but Madonna did not enter the stage until after 10 p.m.

The Like a Prayer singer allegedly ignored fans’ complaints about the heat during the event and pushed them to remove their garments.
Lipeles also alleged that the singer lip-synced during the event and that the crowd was “forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sex acts”.
“Forcing consumers to wait hours in hot, uncomfortable arenas and subjecting them to pornography without warning is demonstrative of Madonna’s flippant disrespect for her fans,” the complaint said.
Lipeles claimed he and the other concertgoers were entitled to damages for breaching a written contract due to the delayed start time. He also seeks pre- and post-judgment interest, court costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees.
The complaint comes just after fans sued the Queen of Pop for starting her gigs in Washington, D.C. and New York City hours later than anticipated.
