Chrisean Rock had a rough 2024. In June, the rapper was detained after attending Blueface’s court hearing and was later imprisoned.

Rock was originally sentenced to four years on parole for drug convictions in Oklahoma, but a 2023 altercation with James Wright resulted in the issuance of a warrant. If convicted, the rapper faces an eight-year prison sentence. That being said, Chrisean Rock maintains an optimistic attitude. The musician recently made a jail call and addressed her followers straight. She promises to be a “better Rock” going forward.

Chrisean Rock appeared to be in excellent spirits at the start of the conversation. She encouraged her supporters not to be unhappy and assured them that everything will work out. The artist revealed that she was first scared by the incident, but now sees it as an opportunity to improve. “I’m using this time to heal,” she explained. “Recovering from a lot of sh*t. I’ll tell you a lot of stuff, but not everything.” Chrisean Rock then promised to be a better version of herself whenever she got out. “I’m going to go out and be better,” she explained. “I can’t wait to release my music for you guys. I can’t wait to become a better Rock.”

Wack 100 talks about Chrisean Rock’s arrest in June. The music executive said he was enthusiastic about her chances of being released. “The judge might give her a little time: months, couple of months, whatever they do,” according to Wack 100. “Either way, we will see her before Christmas. We’ll see her before the summer ends. She’ll be okay. “She’s in the same situation as Blueface.”

Chrisean Rock is also determined to do everything it takes to reunite with her child. During an Instagram Live in March, the rapper discussed her legal issues and her concern of not being present to raise her baby. “Right now I gotta play it cautious because I don’t plan on being in jail while my son is growing,” he said. “I just don’t plan on doing that. So, instead of serving time, I’m doing everything I can to figure it out. And it’s working well for me. So I’m gonna focus on my minor circumstances and whatnot.”
