Tyrese Gibson is having fresh legal issues with his second ex-wife, Samantha Lee Gibson.
Tyrese, who was jailed last month for purposefully underpaying child support for his 5-year-old daughter Soraya, now has a lien on his large Atlanta estate.
In an exclusive revelation, In Touch reported that Samantha’s legal team filed the lien on September 17, 2023. The Gleklen Law Firm, represented by attorney Adam Gleklen, has filed a claim for $217,231, plus interest against Tyrese’s 18,000-square-foot Georgia estate. The seven-bedroom, eleven-bathroom property is now the focal point of the ex-couple’s continuing court dispute over unpaid child support and legal bills.

The lien is the consequence of court-ordered legal expenses that Tyrese, 45, was meant to pay on Samantha’s behalf, whom he married in 2017. Their marriage ended in 2020, but legal battles over child support for their daughter have continued to rise.
This legal development comes immediately after Tyrese’s recent detention, complicating his personal and financial situation. Despite their divorce, the couple is still embroiled in a lengthy court fight, with Tyrese experiencing rising financial strain from both child support and legal debt.
As of now, it is unclear how Tyrese would react to the lien and if this will result in more legal action in their ongoing battle.
